How we handle your data.

Your name, email and phone if you give it, the company or person being assessed, the details you add (industry, size, country, role, website and social links, notes), any files you upload, and your answers.

Why: to produce your snapshot, to keep your result retrievable with your code, and to prepare a full report or a strategist consultation when you ask for one.

What you write, and your name and title if you share them.

Why: to learn from the engagement. We quote you only where you ticked a box saying we may, and only on the site you ticked.

What you send us, and the booking details Calendly passes to us when you book a call.

Why: to reply and to hold the meeting.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies and tells us which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from and what device they use. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set. Google still receives an anonymous signal that a page was viewed, with nothing that identifies you or your browser.

Why: to see which pages help people and which do not.

We keep diagnostic records for up to three years after your last contact with us, so you can retrieve your result and so a strategist can prepare your report. You can ask us to delete yours sooner. Google keeps analytics data for fourteen months.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask what we hold about you, see it, correct it, have it erased or blocked, object to how we use it, and take a copy. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the same rights under the GDPR and can complain to your local authority.

The only optional cookies on this site are Google Analytics, and they are set only if you accept. Your choice itself is remembered in your browser so we do not ask again.

Anyone holding your diagnostic code can open your result, so keep it to yourself. Records are otherwise seen only by Studio JNSQ strategists, behind a login.

When this page changes, it gets a new version number and date at the top.
